Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on when we receive the fax with your signature or payment. You will receive our full printed training material, and the software for the duration of this course. 1 computer available per student. Morning and afternoon refreshments are available from the breakout area, and a lunch voucher to the value of £5.50 will be provided to use in the “Deco Deli” (which provides a wide range of breakfast and lunch options). Lodging is not included. This class needs to be confirmed by X-Ways. We will send instructions for payment when the class is confirmed. We require payment to be received by at latest 14 days prior to the first day. We may require payment earlier if you are not an existing customer of ours to guarantee your seat. If you cancel 14 days before the class starts, you get 50% of tuition returned. If you cancel within 14 days before the class starts, you get 0% returned. You can always send a colleague on your behalf if you can't make it. If the class is cancelled by the training provider, you get 100% of tuition returned. Failure to send payment in time may result in loss of a confirmed seat. You will receive 1. a copy of your enrollment by e-mail, 2. an approval when we have received your fax and your enrollment has been checked, and 3. a definitive confirmation of the class when a required minimum number of students has been reached.
